Order Confirmation: After the successful transaction, a confirmation email and e-ticket will be sent to the provided email address.

Event Changes or Cancellations: In case of event changes or cancellations, all registered attendees will be notified. As outlined in our refund policy, no refunds are applicable under any circumstances.
2. Payment & Razorpay Integration
We use Razorpay to process all payments. Razorpay is a trusted and secure payment gateway that ensures a seamless and safe payment experience for our customers.

Accepted Payment Methods: Razorpay supports payments via debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and other payment methods available on the platform.

3. No Refund Policy
Please note that no refunds are applicable for any tickets purchased. Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend the event or not.

Event Cancellations: In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by the organizer, attendees will be notified as soon as possible. However, as per our policy, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets for events, regardless of the circumstances, are non-refundable. Please ensure you are fully committed to attending the event before purchasing.

5. Refund & Chargeback Policy for Razorpay Payments

Chargeback Process: If you dispute a charge made through Razorpay, we will need to follow the Razorpay chargeback procedure. A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a transaction made with a credit card or other payment method.

Chargeback Fees: If a chargeback is initiated, any fees incurred by Razorpay or our platform due to the dispute may be charged back to the ticket buyer.

6. Event Terms & Conditions

Event Entry: To enter the event, you must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) along with a government-issued ID matching the name on the ticket. Entry may be denied without proper documentation.

Event Changes: Event organizers reserve the right to modify the event date, time, or venue. If these changes affect your ability to attend, please note that no refunds will be issued.

Photography/Recording: By attending the event, you consent to the recording of video, audio, and/or photographs of yourself, which may be used for promotional purposes.
